Hi, in front of me I have Apple Watch Series 7 Nike Edition and I'm going to show you how

to change the screen wake duration on this device. Basically for how long the screen stays turned on after you wake it up

OK, let's start by waking up the screen on our watch. To do it you can either tap on the screen or press the crown button

Once you wake up the screen press the crown button to open the menu

Now drag on the screen like this to scroll through the menu, find the settings icon and

tap on it to open the settings. In settings you can scroll down using the crown or by swiping on the screen

Find the option called display and brightness right here and tap on it

Now scroll down and at the bottom we have wake duration. Tap on it and here we have two options, wake for 15 seconds and wake for 70 seconds

Select the option you like by tapping on it. Of course if you select the 70 seconds the screen will stay on for 70 seconds and if

you select 15 seconds it's going to stay on for 15 seconds

The longer option will drain more battery in the process because the screen will stay

on for longer so if you want to save your battery it's recommended to use the 15 seconds option

Once you select the desired duration you can simply press the crown button to go back

And now the screen should stay on for 70 seconds after it's waken up so it's going to take

longer for it to turn off than by default. You can also change the duration by using the phone app

So let's bring our iPhone right here, open the watch app on our iPhone

In the app select the option called display and brightness right here and then tap on wake

duration and here we have it. Again you can select 15 seconds or 70 seconds depending what you like
