First we need to open the menu on our watch and you can do it by pressing the back button

After you open the menu you can use the touch screen or the buttons to scroll through the menu

Scroll through the menu, find the settings icon and once you select it you can tap on the icon or press the middle button to enter

Here select the general settings option, then scroll down. Find the language option and you can tap on it or press the button to select it

And right here as you can see we have the list of languages and you can scroll through it by using again the buttons or the touch screen

Select the language you would like to use on your watch. Once you select it you can tap on it or press the button to confirm it, then press the button to confirm again

And the language should be applied as you can see. You can also change the language through the phone application if your phone is paired with your watch
