To do it, swipe upwards on the screen to open the app menu and here tap on the settings icon

Once in settings, let's scroll down and select the system. Here select languages and input, tap on virtual keyboard, select Gboard and then tap on languages

As you can see we have only one language, English, and to change it we need to tap on

add keyboard. Here we have list of languages, find the language you like on it and tap on the language to

Then tap done. Now we have two languages. To make the Arabic default we can remove the English one
