Welcome! In Frenomia I have Suunto 7 and I'm gonna show you how to change the

date and time settings on this device. First we need to wake up the screen on our

watch. To do it you can double tap on the screen or press the left upper button

We're gonna double tap on our screen to wake it up then swipe down from the top

of the screen to open the quick panel and here tap on the settings icon. In

settings let's scroll down and select the system and here we have date and

time option. Let's tap on it. Now to change the date and time settings

manually we need to turn off automatic date and time so let's tap on it to

disable it and we can scroll down and here we have options set date and set

time. Let's tap on set date first. Now we can change the date. First we can change

the month. To do it simply swipe up and down on the screen like this then swipe

left on the screen. Now you can adjust date or set the day. Again swipe up and
