So firstly, let's enter the settings and then scroll down to the very, very bottom to find the system

Now let's tap on date and time. And as you can see here, we've got some options which we right now

unfortunately, cannot customize. It is because we are using the automatic option to set the time and

the time zone. So first of all, let's turn off both of those switches

You can turn off also this one. And right now we can freely tap on date and

from this calendar pick the date we want to use. So for example, this one, tap on OK

As you can see, it will be immediately applied. And the same situation with the time, from this clock, just pick it and

tap on OK. It will immediately appear on the status bar. Let's change the time zone also, tap on the region and

here we've got the full list of available regions. Of course, you can search the regions, you can just type the name of it or

scroll down up to you. After finding, just tap on it and it will be immediately applied

Of course, be aware that sometimes changing the time zone will also change
