change the date and time on this watch. First we need to wake up the screen on our watch and you can do it by pressing the

crown button. After you wake up the screen you can press the crown button again to open the menu

Then scroll through the menu, find the settings icon and once you find it tap on it to enter the

settings. In settings scroll down and find the system option. Once you find it tap on it to enter

and here you should see the date and time option. Tap on it to select it and now to change the date

and time we need to turn off the automatic date and time first so tap on the switch to turn it
