we've got some options which we actually cannot customize because we can see only the time zone

here. However that's not what we are looking for. It is because we are using automatic date, time

and the time zone. So first of all we have to turn off this option just by tapping on the switcher

and as you can see right now we can freely tap on date and just by swiping change it, confirm it and

the same situation with the time. As you can see it will be immediately applied on the status bar

We can change the time zone just tap on it and here we can find the time zone we'd like to set
