Welcome! In front of me I have Garmin Fenix 7 Sapphire Solar and I'm gonna show you how to change the date and time format on this watch

Let's start by opening the menu on our watch. You can do it by pressing and holding the up slash menu button

Once the menu opens, scroll down through the menu and keep scrolling until you find the system option

Once you find the system option, tap on it to select it. Then find the option called time and tap on it

And here we have time format and date format options. First let's change the time format

So tap on time format and select one of the formats. We have 12 hours, 24 hours and military

Select the one you like, for example 12 hour. And then scroll down, tap on the date format

And here we can select one of the formats. We have day first, month second, year last

Month first, day second, year last. And the year first, month second and the day last

So select the one you like. Like that. And once you're done, you can press the back button a couple of times to go back to watch this

And you will see that the time format changed, as you can see. And the date format also changed
