This is OPPO Reno8T and today I would like to demonstrate that you can
0:04
bypass parental controls on this thing. So to begin with I have to note one important thing that in order for method
0:14
that I'll show you today to work you have to know the password to the child's
0:18
Google account otherwise unfortunately you'll have to look for another way somewhere in the web. So with this out of the way we can actually start turning
0:27
off parental controls. So first of all I will quickly demonstrate that mine are
0:31
indeed enabled. As you can see they for sure are. So from here enter the Google
0:39
category of settings, the same one that contains the parental controls at the
0:43
first place, then tap at the manager Google account button. Once the Google
0:48
account management center gets loaded open the data and privacy section, scroll
0:54
it all the way down and go for the delete your Google account option. Do not
1:00
be spooked or afraid. Right after we will switch off parental controls we will
1:05
also restore or recover the Google account so you will not lose it by any
1:12
means. So in here in order to proceed we will need to enter the password to the
1:19
child's Google account then hit the next button at the delete your Google
1:25
account page. You gotta scroll it all the way down, check those two boxes at the
1:29
bottom and opt for delete account option to your bottom right. In here there are
1:36
two types of messages you can get. You can either see the one saying that
1:40
something went wrong or get the message that will explicitly confirm that the
1:46
account deletion was successful. Both messages are fine and if you see either
1:51
of those you can just proceed. Do not worry about anything. So at this point
1:56
actually the parental controls were successfully disabled. Let me show that to you real quick. So as you can see right over here there is no Google
2:03
account added or linked and if I'll open up parental control section over here
2:08
there will be none. So all that is left to do on my end is to show how you can
2:13
recover the Google account which is also a very simple process to execute. You
2:18
just gotta sign into it by inside any Google service. So let's say I'll use the
2:24
Play Store for it. So you know the drill of signing into a Google account. You start
2:29
with entering the email address. Then you gotta see the certain message. This one
2:39
that will say that this account was recently deleted and maybe recoverable
2:44
That pretty much a sign of the fact that we are at the right path currently and
2:50
we have done everything correctly at least up until now or basically at this
2:57
point in the process there is not much to mess up. So I don't know sure how it
3:03
can even go wrong at this point. So just enter your Google account password and
3:15
proceed. I would say that nine out of ten times you'll get the following
3:21
something went wrong message. Even though that's completely fine do not be afraid
3:26
We'll still have to re-sign into the Google account so just repeat everything
3:30
we just done starting with entering our email address. I've made a mistake
3:38
somewhere. Then as you would have guessed we gotta enter the password one more
3:56
time and usually the second time around it will let us go through and proceed
4:01
with the sign in. And as you can see it's kinda apparent that at this point the
4:07
Google account was recovered and restored. And here is the proof of that
4:13
Alrighty so that will be it for this video guys. Thanks for watching and bye bye
