Now before we get started you can clearly see that the phone I have in front of me is locked

Once you've done so, go back once. Once you go back once, it should start looking for whatever

and as you can see, just skipped the verification page. Normally it will tell us to verify my pin like it was at the beginning

or verify the Google account. But right now, I can just go to the next page

or it automatically went to it. And this will allow me to finish up the setup
