on this phone. Now, you can quickly see that the device is locked right here with this tiny little lock icon

So if I connect to Wi-Fi, I would then need to either verify my PIN, pattern, password

or the Google account. And assuming you don't know either of those, you're gonna go to the first page right over

here and select Emergency Call. And in here, you're gonna type in a code

So it's gonna be star hash 813 and then once you press the hash, give it a second and there

we go. It's gonna pop up on your screen. So from here, you're gonna navigate into the settings, scroll down to Additional Settings

and then scroll down again to Backup and Reset and choose Erase All Data, Factory Reset

Again, erase all data, erase all data and erase all data and this will begin factory

resetting your device. Now by doing a reset right here, we are virtually removing all the accounts, anything that was

previously blocking us and resetting them to settings basically removes any kind of protection

So once this is finished, you will be back in the setup screen at which point you can

just simply go to the setup of the device however you like
