In front of me I have Apple Watch Series 6 and I'm gonna show you how to use the Recent

Apps dock on device. First, let's wake up the screen on our watch by pressing any of the buttons or tapping

on the screen. Then, let's open the Recent Apps by pressing and holding the side button or pressing it

rather not pressing and holding. Then here we have Recent App dock

Here we have apps opened recently. We can switch between them by tapping on one like this

This dock holds up to 10 apps in here. So if you open new one, for example, let's open the Settings and go back to Recent Apps

you will have settings right here and you can switch between them and other apps from

this menu. We can also remove the apps from this menu by selecting one like this, then swiping

left on it and tapping the X button to remove it. We can also use this dock to only have the favorite apps right here

To do it we need to open the Apple Watch app on our phone by tapping this icon right here

In the app we need to open the dock option and here as you can see it's on Recent, but

if you select Favorites you will have list of the apps and you can edit it

You can tap on Edit button right here in the top right corner and here we can remove the

app from the favorites list. To do it tap on the minus button next to it and tap Remove

We can also add apps by tapping the plus button on the list right here below

And we can also change the order of the apps by pressing and holding on one and dragging
