Hi everyone, in front of me I've got Oppo A98 and let me share with you how to block a number on this device

So I'd like to show you two different ways of blocking a number. I can show you

how to block a number which you've got currently saved on your contacts and then how to do it kind

of manually. So let's start with the contacts. Let's open the contact list, find the contact

and tap on it and then tap on the three dots icon in the right upper corner. Now let's tap

on block numbers and as you can see your device will show you the information that you will no

longer receive any incoming calls or text messages from this particular number. So simply tap on

block. We've got this characteristic icon so it simply means that it has been blocked. Of course

you can unblock it the same way right here but let's leave it like this. We will check if it

will appear on the blacklist. So as I said the second way is more manual. You do not have to

have the number saved so it does not really matter whether it will be on the contacts

recent or the favorites. Just tap on the three dot icon in the right upper corner and enter

the settings. Here we have to tap on blocked numbers and as you can see this is our blacklist

One of those numbers is from our contacts so it worked for sure. Here we've got also the option

unknown which simply means that your device is allowed right now to block the calls from all

unidentified callers. You can turn it off and turn it on whenever you want to. Coming back to the

second way of blocking numbers. We can tap on add a phone number and as you can see we've got this

section where we can simply enter the number. We can also paste it if we've got it copied

and tap on block and it will immediately appear on the blacklist. Of course you can unblock all of

those numbers just by tapping on unblock or actually x button and then unblock. All right so
