Welcome, in front of me is a Oppo A96 and today I will show you how we can enable the
0:17
power saving mode. So to get started, let's pull down our notification panel, expand it and look for the toggle
0:25
which by the looks of it is not actually accessible right here by default
0:31
So we need to press on this square button right here and below you'll find all the toggles
0:37
that are turned off and right off the bat you should be able to see the power saving
0:41
mode somewhere here. As you can see it is for me right over here. So this is the normal power saving mode and we also have the super power saving mode
0:50
Now the super power saving mode is a little bit more bonkers in terms of what it does
0:56
so it just makes the phone kind of feel useless just because it turns on, dark mode removes
1:03
applications from your home screen, removes wallpaper and generally it just prioritizes
1:08
the most amount of battery that it can save. While power saving mode is a little bit more balanced but also won't give you as good of
1:18
a result. Anyway I'm going to add only this one. You can check this one out yourself if you want to
1:23
So I'm going to drag it over here, drop it and when I go back I can now actually access it
1:29
So from here we can tap on it. As you can see it does lower the peak brightness of the display and there's also a couple of
1:36
things happening in the background which aren't disclosed here at all. So some of those things would be background activity restrictions so apps will be kind
1:45
of closed off quicker and additionally the network, meaning wifi and mobile data will
1:54
be turned off when the device is not being used and it's kind of like right here in a
1:59
sleep mode like this. So the phone will disconnect from those after like some time and because of this you won't
2:06
be getting any kind of notification from applications that require internet connection
2:12
Just as a quick example those applications would be things like Instagram, Facebook
2:15
Messenger, WhatsApp and so on. So once you wake up the device it will automatically reconnect to the network and sync up whatever
2:25
it was missing. So just a little thing to keep in mind
2:30
And once you're done with your power saving mode you can I believe either charge the device or you can just simply tap on a toggle and it will turn off
2:39
So there we go. If you found this video helpful don't forget to hit like, subscribe and thanks for watching
