Welcome, I'm filming with a ZTE Axon E11 and today I'll show you how to hard reset the

device to recovery mode and also remove a screen lock if you have one that you don't

know the pattern to. As you will see, I do have a pattern right here and I'm going to proceed from here as

though I don't know it. Let's hold power, select power off and wait for the device to shut off

Once that happens, you want to hold power key and volume up, both of the keys at the

same time. And when you see the ZTE logo, let go. This will take you to recovery mode

From here, select wipe data by tapping on it and then factory reset

It gives you a message that factory reset erased all your personal information and downloaded apps

It also will remove things like photos, videos, music, anything that you have put on the device

past the setup. So if there is anything that you would like to keep, you might want to back it up before

otherwise you will lose it permanently. But assuming you have already done it or you don't want to, tap on reset
