Welcome
0:07
So today I wanted to make a comparison between the, what I would assume probably will be two most popular earbuds, at least from their main companies
0:17
So that would be Apple AirPods Pro and then also the Galaxy Buds Pro
0:24
Now both of them sound fantastic. they both have noise cancelling, active at least
0:34
Passive one would be the one with use the rubbers as a kind of noise isolation
0:39
but that doesn't really count. So yeah, they both have the actual noise cancelling
0:45
And honestly, the only difference here, apart from the actual brands, will be also the usability and just the design itself
0:55
So, straight off the bat, AirPods. Personally, to me, I don't really like the design
1:03
They kind of look like toothbrushes, a little hairdriers. So I personally don't really like it
1:11
They still, it is still improved design over the first AirPods. But still, I did the stem on them
1:19
It shouldn't have existed right from the get-go. I don't really understand why they are so adamant on, like, keeping it
1:25
just like the notch on their phones. Other than that, the case itself is better, in my opinion, on the AirPods
1:34
It is smaller, a little bit more pocketable, and just overly feels a little bit better
1:39
Now when it comes down to the Samsung buds right here, the case is a little bit bigger
1:47
at least in terms of height, when you compare them side by side, as you can see
1:53
It is square unlike this one. The magnets are way stronger. It does take a little bit more force to actually open it up compared to this
2:04
If you like the, if you like fiddle with it and you like the click, personally the clicking on the case right here is a little bit more satisfying This is just a little bit harder to open and overly just yeah slams hard
2:20
It does have a lacking, as you can see, although isn't necessarily the best
2:27
If you flip it over, it barely holds it. But still, it buds themselves if we take them out
2:33
and compare them side by side. Can see a clear distinction between them
2:41
Even though these look bigger, overall, compared to the apple buds, they do sit way better in the ear
2:52
Now, I should probably also start off by saying, if you have some kind of ear, smaller one, as an example, I do
3:00
these don't really sit well in my ear. If I would start running or something like that, these would eventually fall out
3:07
The buds themselves from Samsung, they stay in my ear fairly well
3:12
The way they're designed is when you put them in, kind of twist them, and they basically lock in your ear because of it
3:18
This portion kind of like goes and locks itself in. While these just kind of like chill in your ear
3:25
and yeah, you basically jump or stuff like that and shake your head violently, they will fall out
3:30
Well, these will hold in there quite well. And even though they feel like they are bigger, they actually are not, well, physically they are
3:40
But the way they sit in your ear, they don't basically leave your ear
3:44
They don't stick out or anything like that. They sit almost flush with your ear compared to the Galaxy or not Galaxy, just AppleBods
3:55
So in general, the design, I would say, is way better from Samsung
3:59
I just personally prefer ones that do not have the stem. That is my primary problem here
4:05
But other than that, they both, like I said, come with noise canceling, which is really good
4:10
Now, when you compare both of them to some market leading noise canceling like Sony or Bose
4:17
yeah, they don't really stuck up. But still alone like if you don try to compare to the top noise cancelling they are really good at noise canceling If you crank out the volume you literally cannot hear almost anything
4:32
But then I guess that could be also sad with something that doesn't have noise cancelling
4:36
But anyway. So lastly, I actually don't know if, I mean, quickly check
4:45
I actually have no clue if the AirPods or AirPods come with some kind of..
4:51
wireless charging I believe they do but not yet there it is so they do have wireless charging
4:58
so both of them do have wireless charging in this case which is really nice now in terms of battery I can't really say I do
5:08
I'm not exactly aware how long the AirPods last but I do have a case for the Galaxy Buds right here
5:17
and they claim to last from 5 to 18 hours now 5 I believe
5:21
is the rated time that they last on a single charge, so basically a single earbud without being dropped in a case
5:28
on a continuous listening, while 18 hours is most likely with the case
5:34
so when you drop it back into the case and gets charged off a couple times
5:38
you should get around 18 hours. And like I said, I am unaware of the price
5:46
or not price, but the length that these can last, without actually charging
5:53
And that being said, honestly, if we also compare it to what you're going to be using this with
6:01
meaning the device, if you have a Samsung device, then I'll probably recommend you to go with the Samsung
6:07
but you're going to get more out of them, and same goes for the Apple ones
6:11
If you have already an iPhone, go with the Apple AirPods, don't go with the Samsung
6:17
You're going to get, again, way more with these with their own EQ
6:21
ecosystem then you would separate like or basically mix and matching it that is
6:26
because for instance Samsung pods work best with Samsung phone and that is not
6:31
only just I don mean Android in general I mean specifically Samsung the same way that Apple AirPods work best with Apple phone They both have some kind of pairing and benefits to being paired with their own company basically
6:48
So that being said, if you have already a Samsung device, go with Samsung Buds, and if you have an iPhone, go with this one
6:54
Now, when it comes on to just general Android phones, on both of them, you will lose some additional features of them
7:04
from them but I would say on Android specifically you will have a little bit more
7:09
usability although usability with these ones at least more customization because if
7:15
you let me bring my phone quickly so on here you do have access to an app so you do have
7:26
an access to an app and you can customize them a little bit while the AirPods you
7:31
could connect them to an Android but you won't have the same amount of customization that you would have using an iPhone. So the benefit
7:38
here is Samsung do have a little bit more customization outside of their own
7:44
phone while the Apple ones do not. But that being said, you could also use the
7:52
Samsung bots with an iPhone and still have the application that I have right
7:56
here on my Android I believe. So you could get basically the same usability as you do
8:01
on Android if you want that. But that being said, honestly, at the end of the day
8:07
it is really more dependent on what you're looking for. The design and primarily, I would say primarily design
8:14
They both sound really good. So at the end of the day, personally
8:22
to me it would come down to the actual design of the earbuds. And for me, personally, I think the Samsung ones
8:28
are a little bit better just because of the lack of the stamp. that comes out of things like the AirPods
8:35
So yeah. So that being said, if you found this video helpful
