how to check the total screen time on this device. So first of all we have to

enter the settings, let's tap on them and scroll down to the very very bottom to

find digital well-being and parental controls. Let's tap and as you can see

we've been transferred to this graph which will show us for how long we've been using this device today. In my case above 30 minutes, about half an hour

What is more we can check on which apps I've spent most of the time. We've got

we will have this dashboard which will show for how long we've been using the
